Most repairs are done within 1–3 days. Simple fixes like Joy-Con drift or screen swaps can often be same-day. Complex board-level repairs may take up to 5 days, we'll always give you an accurate estimate before we start.
If we can't fix it, you won't be charged for the repair, only for diagnostics if applicable. We'll tell you upfront what's feasible rather than take your money and send something back unfixed.
